A little about me

Cody Kreutz is an inspirational speaker specializing in Recovery advocacy, limiting beliefs and self-love.

After battling multiple substances for over a decade, Cody found Recovery in 2013. He realized soon after that his voice can lift people up and bring hope to the hopeless. Cody has the unique gift to not only inspire, but connect deeply to his audience through relatability, humor and powerful storytelling. His message is simple: Not everyone will find Recovery, but anyone can.

One of life’s greatest tragedies is to be born, live, and then die, never having done what was in your heart, never being the person you were meant to be.

Paths to Transformation

  • From Rock Bottom to Transformation

Rock bottoms come in many forms, but one thing they have in common is that true transformation can take hold once they occur. Rock bottoms are the opportunity we need to fully grasp that we deserve better.

  • Limiting Beliefs & Self-Love

Breaking free of limiting beliefs and finding self-love are the center pieces to living a life we truly love. I help guide people to breaking free of their self-imposed limits and love themselves just as they are.

  • Creating the Life of Your Dreams

So many of us never chase our dreams due to what people may think or believing we are not worthy. Real transformation comes with understanding we are worthy of our dreams and other people’s opinions truly do not matter.

We Are The Stigma Podcast

With 8 plus years of recovery from addiction, Cody and his wife host the podcast, We Are The Stigma. They chat with like-minded individuals on how to persevere while simultaneously breaking the stigma. Quote by Cody Kreutz

“I came from a place of feeling so lost and hopeless to a place of deep hope and understanding that we are more powerful than can be put into words. If it can happen to me, it can happen to you, too.”
